RIVER-423
Hi all!
I can't seem to find jmx-lookup.jar that's supposed to contain classes
mentioned in the issue.

What for? These classes introduce no new dependencies, and I'm expecting
some work anyway when migrating to the new structure of jars.

Can we replicate the original jar file?
If we create a modular build, it would help keep this logically separate and people who currently use it will find the class files where expected.

They’re not in a separate jar file. They are just part of jsk-lib.jar as of 2.2.2.
