[DISCUSS] Tweak the incubator report template?

Hi all,



Just some things where I have been thinking of adding comments for clarification to the incubator report. Perhaps we could in general make this a bit simpler by tweaking the topics:



### Date of last release:

### Date and version of last release:





### When were the last committers or PPMC members elected?

### Who, when and in which role were new committers or PPMC members last elected? (If none were elected in the current reporting range, please add the last ones added)

Yeah,

I know that it will not propagate instantly. I just noticed that I generally would have added a comment to very many podlings about this and it should be easily fixable by adjusting the question.

And of course ... doesn't have to be that wording ... just generally say which information we'd like to see.

We might even kick the "since the last report... if no one was added since the last report ..." ... perhaps simply 
"when were the last PPMC members added and who were they?" and "when were the last committers added and who were they" should be ok too. At least for me it's important to see, if podlings are voting in new people, or not.

It’s easy enough to change the headings, we would need to regenerate the pre-generated reports but’s that’s not a big deal.

The first change seems fine to me, for the second we might what to come up with something shorter.

Note that when we have tweaked the titles in the past, it tends to catch out projects that just copy and paste from previous reports :-)
