   While building the :latest tag The Docker autobuild system fails because it is trying to download BookKeeper from 
   https://archive.apache.org/dist/bookkeeper/bookkeeper-latest/bookkeeper-server-latest-bin.tar.gz

   Suggestions for a fix:
   - tweak the "docker/hooks/build" file in order to not override BK_VERSION variable with DOCKER_TAG
