My fault.  I should use bin/maven instead of bin/maven.bat.

Description:
I'm using Cygwin.  When I run ant -f bootstrap.xml, it fails when Maven tries to build itself.  It complains the JAVA_HOME env variable.  I set MAVEN_HOME and JAVA_HOME using forward slash path separator.
