Whimsy down?
I just tried to access the board agenda, failed. Confirmed that my LDAP
credentials are still working.

Something is definitely amiss with LDAP.
Possible explanation for what sebb is seeing: for reasons that I
haven't dug into, httpd can't do complex verification -- that's why we
have separate links for mail-search for members and pmc. Tools like
the board agenda tool let http validate that the user is a committer,
and then performs additional checks. It appears that it is those
additional checks that are failing at this time.

I can confirm the problem.
Other links that require committer/member creds seem to be OK.
However Board is not accepting my LDAP creds
