   Timeout is not controlled by the RestTemplate instance
   it's depend on configuration: 
   ```
     global:             servicecomb.request.timeout
     microservice:       servicecomb.request.${service}.timeout
     schema:             servicecomb.request.${service}.${schema}.timeout
     operation:          servicecomb.request.${service}.${schema}.${operation}.timeout
   ```
   operation has the highest priority
