Summary: Cannot include http_config.h from C++ file
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: HEAD
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: zilla@kayari.org

src/include/http_config.h goes to the trouble of adding declaring its contents
extern "C" when included by a C++ file, yet it cannot actually be used like that
because the prototype for ap_merge_per_dir_configs() has a parameter named
"new", which is a keyword in C++.
