Compression improved in TimeAndSizeRollingAppender

A new version of the TimeAndSizeRollingAppender is available with much improved 
performance in backup file compression.  Documentation, sample configurations, 
JAR files and source code all available under the Apache 2.0 license on my site 
at http://www.simonsite.org.uk.
