Description:
On SO, a user observed that the ner parser isn't working: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/76273607/why-are-the-ner-namedentityparser-not-appearing-in-my-list-of-available-parsers
Some options:
1. add the nlp-parser-package jar to tika-docker-full
2. wget it in the example ner docker file (https://github.com/apache/tika-docker/blob/master/sample-configs/ner/run_tika_server.sh)?
3. add an example docker file that starts with tika-docker-full and downloads the jar.
Other options?
