[jira] [Closed] (UIMA-4913) DUCC RM may crash when the usable memory changes on a machine

Burn Lewis closed UIMA-4913.
----------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

Since usable memory depends on the sizes of the processes owned by OS-reserved uids, the available slots on a node may change. Set free-space 0 if a node appears to have more work than it can hold, or if a reserve-policy allocation is less than the node size.

> This could reduce the size (in quanta) of the machine to below that of work already allocated. e.g. an unmanaged reservation may then be larger than the macine.
