This is a tough one. We never like changing past behaviour, as it breaks things.

I know the policy caused you problems and no doubt lots of wasted time, but to
be ruthless, you should have known that having multiple JARs on the classpath is
a recipie for disaster. Javacc, junit, whatever, have more than one copy in
there and bad things happen. 

What we can do is enhance the docs; if you have a patch file of changes to the
.html file, we'll gladly commit it.
