implementation of WSDDParser and Object Model

Folks:
Attached is a .zip file which contains source, examples, etc. for a
SAX-based parser that builds an object model of the Web Services Deployment
Descriptor (WSDD) proposal for Axis.  Right now, it just builds an object
model.  But from an object model, you can imagine generating intermediary
chains.

Hopefully the first of many incremental drops of chaining functionality for
Axis.

Please also note, the .zip contains an update of the WSDD scenarios
proposal document.  I will send another email to soap-dev , containing just
the updated proposal and a brief explanation of the changes.
