    chore: add diagnostic error handler to IBM MQ reply-to test
    
    Capture the actual exception thrown during reply sending that is
    normally swallowed by Spring DMLC's error handler. This will reveal
    why JmsReplyToIbmMQTest.testCustomJMSReplyToInOut fails with MQ 10.0.
