This Jira instance is used by developers of Apache Cassandra to track development of the project. Can you reach out with this question to the users list (details here: [http://cassandra.apache.org/community/|http://cassandra.apache.org/community/)])?
It looks like you may have provided the same token in your configuration to multiple instances.
