unsubscribe error

Dear admin,
I've tried to unsubscribe from this mailing list twice, but I'm still receiving emails. Can you please fix this?

How do you unsubscribe with the email that it saysmarco.platania@yahoo.it
.invalid <https://support.google.com/mail/answer/1311182?hl=en-GB>. When
the manager program sends you confirmation to unsubscribe it is probably
bouncing back!
