Does everyone have to do two builds in a row to get cocoon.xconf updated?

lenya-1.4.x

Between the "unless ..." statement and the need for double build, trying 
to get all the .xconf, .xml, .rng, .xsl, usecases etc. etc. placed is a 
challenge for me.  ;-)

... or is it my funny platform?  Solaris 10 on a SPARC, JDK 1.5.

(Working with 1.4 is sooooo interesting!  ;-) )
