Discussion of Apache Commons during Apachecon

I've added discussion of Apache Commons to the list of Hackathon topics (next 
Saturday-Sunday).  If there's enough interest from people who will be at 
Apachecon, I imagine we could arrange for a BOF or something informal to chat 
face-to-face about Apache Commons.

If you want to invite people in Jakarta Commons, please pass this note along 
to the correct mailing lists.
