Basically https://spark.apache.org/developer-tools.html; however, we should write down in more details Python specficially. For example, SBT build, maven build, etc.



2. Setup PyCharm with PySpark

PyCharm is probably one of the most widely used IDE for Python developement. We should document a standard way so users can easily set up.
