Cookies not working for me

For some reason, I cannot get cookies to consistanly work using the new
servlet 2.2 API.  They worked fine in earlier versions of the API.

 The cookies work using Netscape but are inconsistant in MSIE5.0.

Anybody else have cookies problems?
