archiva-site is migrated to the new asf-staging branch and published already.

Todo:
 * Switch redback-site publish to the staging branch
 * Switch archiva-docs
 * Switch archiva-modules

Documentation of new site release process:
 * Run scripts to publish to asf-staging
 * Check site on archiva.staged.apache.org
 * Merge the changes to master in archiva-web-content.git
