License for FrameMaker

Hi Roy,

In the JDO project we publish a document in pdf format. The source for  
the document is FrameMaker (.fm) files.

Is there someone at Adobe I could talk to about getting a license  
(there are three or four developers who would use the license) for  
FrameMaker for use on the JDO project?
