The HRegion may face NPE issue if the user:
 # Set SPECIAL_RECOVERED_EDITS_DIR
 # During the replay, there was the EOF or other IOException exception

 

Because when call

 

[replayRecoveredEdits |[https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/9130913dea309e9fabfbaddeacc05c0fab1a2ca8/hbase-server/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/regionserver/HRegion.java#L5597]], the [walFS|https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/9130913dea309e9fabfbaddeacc05c0fab1a2ca8/hbase-server/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/regionserver/HRegion.java#L5832] may still NULL

To avoid this, need to replace the walFS with getWalFileSystem()
