mailportlet ?
Hi All,
I am looking for a simple mail portlet for Jetspeed.
I have seen some discussions about creating an example Mail portlet
(Bugzilla #11830). What is the status of that work?
Ive tried the mailportlet Ender posted to the list sometime ago based on
JWMA. I have managed to get it working, it works great. But more work could
be done. Unfortunately there is no source code for that. I understand there
are some licensing issues that need to be resolved for that. JWMA site says
its BSD style license. Is that incompatible with Apache license? I thought
they are similar. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I am willing put some effort developing a mail portlet and contribute it to
Jetspeed. I am looking some pointers to start from. Or if there is already
active work being done on this area I will be glad to give a hand.
Cheers,
Roshan

dear rochan
you are the first person who tried and return feed back. So a short time ago
I tried to make some improvements on mail portlet I will publish them on a
short time. We recieved ack from jwma wirters and solved licence problem but
I have some time shortage so I coulndnot finish some necessary coding and
cleaning.
I will be happy to share idea and work together with new users.
