[PATCH] mod_autoindex - again: new feature: UseTable

Hi,

some week before I sent in this patch, but obviously it was too close
to 1.3.10. So, well, I send it again:

the attached patch adds the option "UseTable" to mod_autoindex.
The patch is against 1.3.11.

I changed "mod_autoindex.c" and "mod_autoindex.html".

I'm not sure about the utility of this; for medium-to-large
listings it will increase the browser rendering time significantly.
In addition, there are a lot of gratuitous style changes in the
patch (e.g., "<PRE>" -> "<pre>") which make it more difficult to
evaluate.

Can you supply a URL of a directory using this modification?
