[I] Edit user URL missing ID breaks deep linking [airflow]

   ### What happened?
   
   I'm using `3.1.0b2`.
   
   When "hovering over" the `Edit record` in the `List Users` page, we can see the URL `.../auth/users/edit/2` down below.

   But after clicking it, the edit page doesn't have the same URL.

   This breaks deep linking and makes it difficult for the users to get the IDs for the very popular `ApprovalOperator`.
   
   ### What you think should happen instead?
   
   The "hover over" URL should match the edit page URL. 
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Got to `Security` -> click `Users` -> hover over `Edit record` button -> click it -> see the URL of the edit page
   
   ### Operating System
   
   LM 21.3 with docker python:3.12-slim-bookworm
   
   ### Versions of Apache Airflow Providers

   We did talk about sharing URL state between plugins and the main app but didn't get it in for 3.1. Definitely worth looking into for 3.2

   I think that should be possible,  at least I have an idea on how to achieve that, but I would need to try first and also this requires some additional effort.
   
   As mentionned by @tirkarthi those are rendered inside an iframe, and this behavior is not given out of the box. We render this iframe for backward compatibility reason. 
   
   If someone is willing to give this a try in the meantime, feel free to give it a try.

   These views from FAB are rendered inside an iframe. I am not sure the iframe and browser url can be in sync since that needs frontend change to accommodate routes.
