2022-09-29 21:44:28 UTC - Areej: I deployed OW on k8s and I have activate ES for activations records  .. I am able to retrieve the activation using the api of ES but I am not able to retrieve the activations list using wsk CLI .. `ubuntu@k8s-master:~$ wsk activation list`
`error: Unable to obtain the list of activations for namespace 'default': There was an internal server error. (code iPtNVFYunl0xC2MOdTmdx35dGCdACIZY)`  is there any way to list the activation using wsk CLI ?  note: I have test wsk command  with wsk action list/wsk namespcae list -v all of them is working fine except wsk activation list
