Configuration parameters

Hi,

I wanted a list of all the various configuration parameters that could 
be specified in a configuration file under log4j or a link where I could 
find them.  For ex:

    log4j.category.app1Log.Additivity=false

    I hope a detailed and well organised manual would be published that
    would serve as a reference for new developers in the nearest future
    from the authors.
