I suspect both links are frequently used and bookmarked. Rather than remove either, I would be in favor of keeping both pages but removing as much duplication as possible (with each page referring to the other as required). Once we try, it might become obvious that such a split isn't justified - in which case we can merge, but I think we should try the split refactor first.
