   why isnt 
   cordova platform add android
   or
   cordova prepare android
   
   doing a gradle sync 
   and then a android gradle plugin update
   
   so it can update the android gradle plugin inside build.gradle
   
   ?
   
   more gradle wrapper bumps this is extremely frustrating
