Paper on integrating GCJ & MMTk

Robin Garner sent me an interesting paper [1] he did which I've added to
the FAQ [2].

It is about integrating JMTk/MMTk into GCJ, including some of the
specific issues that they faced when combining the MMTk (written in
Java) with GCJ (written in C)

It may be useful reading for those interested in modular VMs
