installation help

Hi, I try to use samples.addressbook.GetAddress, the
response is as follows:

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.w3c.dom.Node: method
getNamespaceURI()Ljava/lang/String; not found


So, I put my xerces.jar(1.2) in the front of
classpath. Moreover, i test $CLASSPATH, xerces.jar is
lying in the front. 

Can anyone give a help? or suggest more installation
info to let me startup(Tomcat3.1)?
