[PATCH] Update build instructions for the trunk on the Win32 platform
Update the instructions for building Subversion on the Win32 platform and add build batch file for
Win32 build.
The new instructions are split into sections which describe what is needed, how to prepare the files
(unpacking, environment etc.) and how to actually build the binaries with all available options
turned on.
* INSTALL
Update Win32 build instructions for trunk.
* build\win32\vc6-build.bat
Implements section E.4 'Building the Binaries' of INSTALL for Win32

Change the Python section of INSTALL to note that Subversion
requires Python 2.2 (not 2.0) to build on Windows, for consistency
with the existing Windows section.

It should be fixed in the generator -- if you have a patch, that would
be great! Otherwise, I'll look at it this weekend.

No they are not included in the __ALL_TESTS__ rules in the dsw file, I just looked in the file, all
the other tests are there. Do you want to fix that now or shall I submit another patch with
explicit builds of these test included?
