    Description: The docs at [https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.5/internals/job_scheduling.html] show the state transitions of a flink job. There are two actions called "Fail job" and two transitions called "Cancel job" that cause a transition from Running --> Failed or Running --> Cancelled, where there should only be one
