Service Grouping Developer Preview - 1

Hi,

The Service Grouping Developer Preview - 1 is now ready. Please find the
tag 'grouping-developer-preview-1' in the 4.0.0-grouping branch. This is in
line with the M1 Task List mail [1] in the dev list. The meta data service
was not used in this preview since it needs more testing and modifications.
The following flows were tested and verified:

   - Application deployment with single cartridge subscription (without git
   repository URL) and instance creation
   - Undeploying Application Definitions
   - Sending Application Deployed/Undeployed events
   - Sending Application Activated event after the application is
   identified as active

I have attached a sample Application definition which were used to test
this flow.
