Working fine, Tested for 
var ref = window.open('http://webdesign-schoenefeld.de/es-app/heute.pdf', '_blank', 'location=yes');

Tested in Xcode 7, iOS 9.2

This Bug was triggered by iOS 8 beta 5, but got fixed in subsequent iOS build.
