   It's the same as my understanding.
   
   1. When `HdrHeap::allocate_obj()` allocates `HdrHeapObjImpl`, the `m_length` is more than 0.
   2. When `HdrHeap::deallocate_obj()` deallocates `HdrHeapObjImpl`, it just set `m_type` `HDR_HEAP_OBJ_EMPTY`and keeps the `m_length`.
