Create microemu-javase-cldc module that allows to execute CLDC compatible code to run with standard Java SE. This task involves the following actions:
1. Implement Generic Connection Framework (without defining protocols that are out CLDC scope and currently defined in microemu-javase module)
2. Move MIDletClassLoader (class has to be renamed as there is no MIDlet term defined in CLDC) and all bytecode instrumentation code from microemu-javase module
