[jira] [Created] (CAMEL-7388) xmlTokenizer to optionally wrap the token with the enclosing elements

Aki Yoshida created CAMEL-7388:
----------------------------------

Summary: xmlTokenizer to optionally wrap the token with the enclosing elements
                 Key: CAMEL-7388
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-7388
             Project: Camel
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 2.12.3
            Reporter: Aki Yoshida
            Assignee: Aki Yoshida

When tokenizing an XML document, XmlTokenizer currently only provides an option to extract the namespace declaration from a specific parent element. In some cases, it is more suitable or sometimes required to include the entire enclosing context with the extracted token to be able to interpret the extracted token.

This was discussed in the users@camel list.
