Error while deploying Servicemix 3.0 M1 on geronimo 1.0

Hi,

I am trying to deploy servicemix 3.0 M1 (as a web app) on geronimo 1.0.
servicemix.xml is read while it is getting deployed by a start up
servlet class.The start up servlet class is nothig but the code that was
written in org.apache.servicemix.Main
But I have some kind of issues while deploying.
The error is:
