Cleaning up our URL references
[I just *know* this is going to be popular.. :-]
What's the feeling about cleaning up our documentation to
conform to RFC1738 wrt in-text URL references? E.g.,
changing "http:/foo" and "<http:/foo>" to the recommended
"<URL:http:/foo>" syntax?

<http://foo> is compact and clear and every URL-aware viewer I've used
understands it. I don't see a need to use <URL:http://foo>.

IMHO the <URL:...> syntax sucks (and is rarely used).
