org.apache.nutch.protocol.file.FileError: File Error: 404

hi all
      am running nutch-0.9 on windows. when i crawl some of my local files
am getting ,

2008-06-09 00:01:05,110 INFO  fetcher.Fetcher - fetching file:/E:/Program

finally i got

but the file which is errored is exists. but it says File Error 404 . could
anyone help me where i got stuck
