Using maven to build the project, implementation servicemix-ftp and servicemix-file between the file transfer

I use the dos console, to achieve through the ftp file transfer, use of
components: 
servicemix-ftp: file  provider 。
servicemix-file: file recipient 。
ServiceMix project into production following the hotdeploy, engineering and
normal load, but the document can not be normal transmission. 
How in the end are going on?
