where is the SnowBallAnalyzer?

I have to look better, but why the SnowBallAnalizer isn't in 
org.apache.lucene.analysis.snowball.SnowballAnalyzer package?
 
I have lucene 1.4.
 
I'm doing my own spanish stemmer.
