HBASE-13470 added the MasterKillingMonkeyFactory, a chaos monkey that kills the active master periodically and can be run in single master or multi master setup. This monkey is selectable with the name "masterKilling" in MonkeyFactory. 

Backport to 0.98 so this option is available there.

Later changes like HBASE-14309 also will have fewer or no rejects.
