The logs display "WARN - jmeter.gui.tree.JMeterTreeListener: Shouldn't be here"
for few samplers after execution.
These warnings do not affect the execution nor stop the testing activity. But
the samplers appear as failed when associated assertions fail.
This confuses the executor and results in display of a failure inspite of no
failures.

Having looked at the code I don't think the log message should be there at all.
The code is called in normal operation when the mouse is released after a drag
operation.
If anything, the log message applies to itself!

That is what assertions are supposed to do.
The log message does not affect this.

As above, failed assertions are supposed to do this.
