Apache e-mail

Couple of questions related to my apache.org account:

Am I receiving e-mail there? If so, can I access it with POP or IMAP? How?

Second, should I be listing my business e-mail address in @author lines
or my apache.org address?

Yes, the account exists. ASF's icarus and daedalus boxes already have
enough load on them that it's best not to use POP or IMAP. Plop a .qmail
file into your home directory on icarus to forward your mail to your
personal address:

dlr@icarus:dlr$ cat .qmail
dlr@collab.net

There isn't a hard and fast rule, but I believe that the general sentiment
is that non foundation members are encouraged not to use their non apache
email addy's.
