[jira] [Updated] (AIRAVATA-3238) Initial group assignment

Marcus Christie updated AIRAVATA-3238:
--------------------------------------
    Description:
In the PGA we had an {{initial-role-name}} property that, when set, would assign that role to all new users. This was especially useful for gateways that want to immediately grant access to users without needing an admin to manually grant access.

h5. TODO
- [ ] update ide-integration module
