   After further inspection, most of these classes are util classes, and aren't JUnit test cases, so whether or not they match the pattern is confusing, but not really a problem. Some of them make sense to move into a util package. Others could be renamed, and others (like `TestIngest`) which are used by a lot of other things are probably fine as they are.
