Are you looking for a fast-open source Blogger written in Struts?

In prior version, "basicportal" had a KISS Content Management System, 
retrieved like this:
<Item  name="about_contacts" title="About/Contacts"
page="/do/cmsPg?content=ABOUT"/>
</Menu>

So how it does a do content=ABOUT? Easy to display “about us” page!
So it was easy to add Blogg features, it’s just content. You can see 
blog working (not much content) and comment on blogg on baseBeans.com 
blog page. (J2EE will force you to join and login via container 
authentication, but it just adds you to a JDBC realm).
It’ just a bare bone Blogger for now.

This version also adds better install instructions, even Anna Nichole 
Smith can install it. It uses ScaffoldingXPress v.1.1 (supported/release 
Struts v1.1) and did I say open source?
