Proposal for Gary L Peskin for committer status

I would like to propose Gary L Peskin <ga...@firstech.com> for committer
status for XalanJ.  Gary has submitted several good patches for XalanJ,
seems to be quite adapt at XSLT, has been great at answering various
questions about Xalan on the XSLT list, and is very interested in working
on extensions and the underlying mechanism, as well as probably other
areas.  I think he will make a great contributer.  I need at least three
positive votes from committers!
